If you need assistance during these times, please call 111 for NHS 24 who will provide you with the appropriate service.

 

Remember, in an emergency situation, call 999 and ask for an ambulance.

 

The Kincorth Medical Centre building is open to the public from 08:45 to 17:00 but patients can still phone the practice on the 0345 number between the hours of 8am to 6pm. 

Patients who have appointments before 08:45 should ring the buzzer located on the right hand side of the front doors to gain entry.

 

When We Are Closed

NHS Grampian is responsible for patient care outwith normal opening hours.

Currently all calls to the practice in the evenings, weekends and public holidays are dealt with by NHS 24 and G-MEDs on Freephone Telephone Number 111

NHS 24 is also available at any time for nurse advice and health-related information. Their Freephone Telephone number is 111 and their website is available at www.nhs24.com
