Ms Anne-Marie Jackson (f)


Anne-Marie is an Elderly Care Advanced Nurse Practitioner.  Qualifications - MSc in Advanced Clinical Practice.  RCN Accredited Advance Nurse Practitioner programme.   Independent non medical prescriber.  COPD Diploma Module.  Professional Diploma in Stroke Care.  RGN Degree of Bachelor of Nursing. Dementia Skilled improving practice.   Anne-Marie assists our GPs with the care of our patients who are usually 65 years of age and over.  Anne-Marie can provide assessments in your own home regarding health and/or enviroment issues.  Anne-Marie can also deal with long term condtions such as COPD, housebound patients and acute problems on the day that require a house visit.  Anne-Marie will liaise with other professionals to provide continuity of care.

We have two Healthcare Assistants, Kerry Irvine & Pamela Mellor.  The Healthcare Assistants assist the nursing team with blood tests, ECGs and other procedures in the hope that this reduces your waiting time for an appointment.
