HEALTH WALKS FOR ADULTS WHO HAVE DIABETES Starts20th August 2014!
Ahealth walk is a short, safe, social, low level walk and is a great way tobecome more active and meet new people. The walks will be led by a trainedvolunteer who is ready to provide all the support and encouragement needed. Thewalks are completely free. All you need to do is wear comfortable shoes, dressappropriately for the weather and turn up 5 minutes before the walk is due tostart.
Where and when?
Every Wednesday 6pm: Meet at Beach LeisureCentre Café. We will walk for approximately 20 minutes with an optional get togetherin the Beach café afterwards.
